Account Management
All customers are provided with the services of a dedicated Account Manager giving a single point of contact for all recruitment needs. We lovingly refer our account manager as “Customer Success Manager”.
The Account Manager is responsible for the resourcing of candidates and for monitoring continued quality of service throughout the duration of any recruitment assignment and to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
Services provided include:
- Ongoing resourcing activity to ensure both planned and unplanned recruitment needs are met.
- Regular meetings with both customers and recruiters.
- Ongoing Appraisal program to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continued productivity and loyalty of recruiters.
